Need to create a report to list 997 messages with Rejected Status
Symptom
Client is searching for a way to create a report to see only 997 messages with Rejected Status
Cause
When sending outbound X.12 Messages, the Partner would reply with 997 Messages that do contain status information about the outbound messages
Resolving the problem
In the Admin UI go to Operations -> Reports
search for a report of type "EDI Outbound Acknowledgement".
There are some standard templates available. New versions can be created by copying and editing one of the standard reports.
