Question
After some time has passed working with streams eventually we can no longer save the stream. The error 'Error writing file /C:/Users/"<file path>" occurs. What would cause this?
Answer
Disable the anti virus. In this specific situation after disabling Norton Anti-virus, all three machine no longer experienced the symptom.
