Cause

The installation of the DB2 fixpack was incomplete.
As documented in the DB2 fixpack readme, after you install on the server, db2schema.bnd needs to be bound to existing databases.

Resolving the problem

Bind the db2schema.bnd file against each database by entering the following commands at a command prompt:

db2 terminate
db2 connect to <wodmDatabase-name>
db2 bind <path>/db2schema.bnd blocking all grant public sqlerror
continue
db2 terminate

where database-name is the name of the database to which the utilities must be bound, and path is the full path name of the directory where the DB2 bind files are located.
