Running IER Disposition Sweep with no object store defined in its configuration causes an error

Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)

Running IBM ECM Infosphere Enterprise Records (IER) Disposition Sweep with no object store defined in the disposition sweep configuration results in the following error occurring:

got exception in BDP WSIProxyfactory executeSearch : Class "SYSTEMCONFIGURATION" not found

Symptom

When disposition sweep validates an object store that doesn't contain a a file plan it catches the exception from the validation query "SELECT ID FROM SYSTEMCONFIGURATION WHERE Property Name = 'FPOS Setup'" and should not throw this exception out.

The low level API used to run this query still prints this exception out, even when it is a very simple error message. This does NOT affect the functionality.

Cause

If you don't specify any object store name in disposition sweep configuration, it will process all object stores in the IBM ECM FileNet P8 Content Engine (CE) server. For a best practices, you can specify the file plan object store name in the sweep configuration and only this object store will be sweeped. If you have multiple object stores, you can use different profile for each one.
