Problem(Abstract)
Spatial.DLL error after installing and opening a new project with Logic Net Plus.
System.Dll NotFoundException:Unable to load DLL 'SqlServerSpatial.dll':The Specified module could not be found.(exception from HRESULT:0x8007007E)
Symptom
Error is displayed when a project is opened from Transportation analyst after installing TA and opening for the first time.
Cause
Due to a known bug in the SQL server 2008 to work with TA
Resolving the problem
1.Download the fix from the following site:

2.Install the fix.
3.Reboot the machine.
4.Open a project/view in Transportation Analyst.
