Problem(Abstract)
The default max bucket size in the default configuration should be reduced from 5000 to 1000. This change will help avoid performance problems in the field.
Resolving the problem
In prior versions of the default PME configuration, the max bucket size parameter was set to 5000.
With this setting it may be possible under some conditions to experience unsatisfactory performance
due to large buckets, so the default value has been reduced to 1000. Note that the max bucket size
can be set by the user when the configuration is updated. This change only affects the default value.
