EYUPN0109E RTA EVALDEF modification expression fails with RESP=10 EIBFN=5404
You use CICSPlex SM Real Time Analysis (CPSM RTA) and your EVALDEF includes a modification expression. You receive messages EYUPN0109E, EYUPN0109E RTA EVALDEF modification expression fails with RESP 00000010 RESP2 00000001 EIBFN 5404, and EYUPN0109E.
These are the messages you receive:

EYUPN0007W applid Resource=CICSRGN, Key=targetsys, Text=at maxtask.

EYUPN0109E applid ATTRIBUTE=N/A.
An invalid attribute value for the CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) release has been specified in the modification expression within the EVALDEF. A RESP of x'10' (decimal 16) indicates INVREQ and a RESP2 value of 1 indicates that "The MAXTASKS value is out of range". In this instance, a value less than 10 was set for the MAXTASKS attribute in the CICSRGN resource table being evaluated as TRUE in a CICS TS V5.x region.
CICS TS V5.x; CICS TS V4.x; CICS TS V3.x;
Diagnosing the problem
If the state of an attribute for a resource being evaluated and modified by an RTA EVALDEF appears to not have been set correctly, examine the CMAS EYULOG and search for message identifier EYUPN0109E for the EVALDEF name.
Resolving the problem
Update the modification expression value in the EVALDEF to specify a valid value for the attribute value appropriate for the CICS TS release. In this instance, a MAXTASKS value less than 10 was specified in the modification expression for the CICSRGN resource table for a CICS TS V5.x region. A CICS TS V5.x region can not set a MAXTASKS value less than 10.
