Symptom
**SFLH025I: (RC=16, FDBK="173")
error 173 in opening file : /data/incoming/file.txt
GERR173I:
maximum allowable NAKs received (transmission error), invalid MCW on
WRITE, or invalid request ID
Cause
The local Connect:Direct user has no rights to access the OSS file system or directory

Resolving the problem
Add the needed rights to the local Connect:Direct user for being able to access the OSS file system and directory.
