SECURITY.NOTIFY = HOLD is set, but not seeing message SVTM052I #### COMPLETED 00000008/XSMG242I is the joblog
Cause
This has been identified as a product defect under APAR PM73747
PROCESS that was executing contained only an EXIT statement.
Resolving The Problem
Apply fix T048034 in POST4802.
