Problem(Abstract)
DataStage Designer client allows reject links to be added to source Oracle Connector Stage and properties to be set in the Reject tab. When job is compiled, the following error is generated:
"The reject link is not valid with this combination of input and output link"
Resolving the problem
Reject links are not supported by any connectivity source stage. This includes the Px Sybase, Px ODBC, Px DB2Z, Px Classic Federation stages,Px DB2 and Px Oracle stages.
Patch JR41720 is available which is a client side patch that will prevent the Reject link from being drawn to any connectivity source stage.
