Attempts to logon to the IBM Entitled Software Support (ESS) site results in no license keys available for Rational Developer for Power (RDP) for iSeries.
Symptom
You log into the ESS site, but do not see the license keys.
Cause
You do not have the required administrative privileges to view the license keys.
Resolving the problem
Contact the ESS support team at +1 800 446 8989 to modify your privileges.
