How to identify the exact version of IBM SPSS Statistics?
Cause
Identify the exact version of IBM SPSS Statistics including Fix Packs and refresh packs
Answer
Navigate to your IBM SPSS Statistics installation directory (for IBM SPSS Statistics 21 version, the default directory is C:\Program Files\IBM\SPSS\Statistics\21).
Right click on stats.exe file and then choose properties.
Go to Details tab and note product version number.
The information displayed in Help/About menu can also be used but is less detailed (it includes basic version number and installed FixPack level)
