Communications session does not create a detailed log. Session shows Successful in summary. No data sent or received.

Drivers not registered during installation

Resolving the problem

To resolve issue perform the following:

  1. Grant Windows account full control of the folder for Gentran Director (v55 is c:\DirectorConnection for v54 it is c:\Commerce Connection32).
  2. Re-run installation
  3. Select Director Connection and Select Gentran Director
  4. Select Next (Choose yes to reinstall Director Connection if prompted)
  5. Choose Accum Tracking and Gentran:Director Core Component.
  6. Select Next the screen will disappear but it will be running at the bottom.
  7. Click on the icon that appears at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Select to skip mailbox setup
  9. Select Next and Finish
