Problem(Abstract)
On restarting Websphere Application Server, Service Integration Bus, the messaging engine fails to start and throws CWSIS1544E error.
Symptom
The following errors are logged in the SystemOut.log:
CWSIS1544E: Multiple previous owner ids found in the messaging engines data store.
CWSIS0002E: The messaging engine encountered an exception while starting.
Exception: com.ibm.ws.sib.msgstore.PersistenceException: CWSIS1501E: The data source
has produced an unexpected exception:com.ibm.ws.sib.msgstore.persistence.
DatasourceWrapperStateException: New connections cannot be provided because the
persistence layer has been stopped
Cause
SIBOWNER table contained multiple rows with the same ME_UUID and INC_UUID.
At any point of time the SIBOWNER table must contain only one row.
Resolving the problem
Remove the duplicate row(s) from the SIBOWNER table.
