CWSIP0381W Warning messages in WebSphere Application Server SystemOut.log

Problem(Abstract)

You have configured Service Integration Bus(SIBUS) in WebSphere Application Server and created
cluster bus members. After restarting the clusters, you are seeing CWSIP0381 warning messages in the SystemOut.log of the servers that are hosting the messaging engines. There are no network issues in
the environment. .

Symptom

The following messages are logged in the SystemOut.log:

Server A:
HMGR0005I: The Single Server DCS Core Stack transport has been started for core group DefaultCoreGroup.
CWSID0016I: Messaging engine XXX-SIBUS is in state Started.
CWSIP0381W: No Response received from messaging engine YYY-SIBUS for subscription request message.

Server B:
HMGR0005I: The Single Server DCS Core Stack transport has been started for core group DefaultCoreGroup.
CWSID0016I: Messaging engine YYY-SIBUS is in state Started.
No Response received from messaging engine XXX-SIBUS for subscription request message.

Cause

HAManagerservice was disabled on the JVMs

Resolving the problem

Enable HAManager Service on all the JVMs in the environment.
