Tivoli Integrated Portal not auto-populating user account information
User had upgraded to TIP 220.127.116.11 and found that the application was not saving their user credentials.
When user logs into TIP, they cannot save either their user account or password information.
Resolving the problem
You can auto fill the usernames using the shift + down arrow.
For security reasons however, it's always recommended to not use autocomplete for password fields.
