This issue affects all customers of TSAM (all 7.2.0, 7.2.1, 7.2.2, 7.2.3 releases) who have installed the WebSphere fixpack 18.104.22.168.
Upon installing WebSphere fix 22.214.171.124 in an environment where TSAM is deployed, a significant performance degradation in provisioning occurs. TSAM escalations PMRDPWEB20ESC2 and PMZHBCCOWFE do not run optimally and provisioning is slower causing end to end service request completion delays. Functionality is not impacted, there are no provisioning errors or any exceptions, only performance degradation due to slower provisioning.
The recommendation is for clients not to apply WAS 126.96.36.199 until further testing and certification is completed for TSAM with WAS 188.8.131.52.
