Question
Our site is currently running ITCAM for Response Time 6.2 (RT 6.2). Can the RT 6.2 agents continue to work with ITM with an upgrade ITM to V6.22 FP07?
Answer
RT 6.2 does not support ITM 6.2.2 FP02 or higher due to technical changes in ITM.
Since RT 6.2 is going out of service at the end of September 2012, IBM is not going to extend platform support.
IBM recommends that RT 6.2 sites should upgrade to ITCAM for Transactions 7.3.
