Availability of ClearCase fix packs 7.1.2.8 and 8.0.0.4

Fix packs 7.1.2.8 and 8.0.0.4 which contain defect fixes and include added platform support are available for download.

Important note: Before upgrading to this release from ClearCase MultiSite 8.0, 8.0.0.1, 8.0.0.2, or 8.0.0.3 on servers that have feature level 6 VOB families, please refer to technote 1609810 for important information.
