Resolving the problem

This issue is reported to IBM Quality Engineering as SPR# RSHA8VLFDU and has been fixed in LOEM7.0_20120824.

Workaround:

For Windows platform:

Add string value entry with value name 'EnableCatalogFunctionsInTransactions' to ODBC-Sybase DSN subkey under ODBC.INI, using registry editor. Set string value data to 1.

For Unix platform:

Add odbc.ini parameter 'EnableCatalogFunctionsInTransactions=1' under ODBC-Sybase DSN entry.

Detailed steps on adding parameters manually in IBM Domino OEM 7.0 ODBC data source can be found in Technote 1628069.
