ITCAM Sametime agent not respecting port configuration

Problem(Abstract)

ITCAM Lotus Sametime agent does not connect to Sametime when using non-default port 80.

Symptom

Lotus Sametime agent is not collecting data and is not connecting to Sametime.


Resolving the problem

Verify that the sametime.ini file has the ConfigurationPort parameter specified. If not, then update the sametime.ini file to include ConfigurationPort=portnumber.
