Problem(Abstract)
You might encounter errors when generating a PDF report if you are using Internet Explorer 8 as your web browser. Possible errors include "Internal error" and "Invalid request parameters."
Resolving the problem
Generate your PDF report from another web browser. You can use Internet Explorer 9 or newer, or Firefox 10 or newer.
Or, generate your report in a format besides PDF (but note the limitation of Word reports in the link below).
