Problem(Abstract)
When you browse an empty list of recent or favorite products, this message appears in the log:
"CRCPC2037E The named collection for user <name> and name 'recents' does not exist"
Resolving the problem
This issue is resolved in Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager Fix Pack 1 (1.0.0.1) for 1.0. Install it to get the fix.
Aside from the fix, this message only indicates that the lists are currently empty; it can be safely ignored. After users add products to these lists, the message will no longer be added to the log.
