Problem
The following error occurs when starting IBM Integration Designer (IID): Error creating browser in ProcessCenterView No more handles [Unknown Mozilla path (MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME not set)] The Process Center perspective did not initialize correctly.

When you start IBM Integration Designer (IID) from the menu bar, a "No more handles" error occurs and IBM Integration Designer does not open.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
- Install XULRunner v1.8.1.3.
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/opt/xulrunner-1.8.1.3/xulrunner
