Technote (troubleshooting)
Problem(Abstract)
The following error message is displayed :
INFO-0813: Unable to connect to Data Source '[datasourcename]'
when trying to access Report Designer.
Resolving the problem
Log in to Reporter as the administrator, select the UserAdmin applet --> SQL Data Sources --> reporter. Verify the username, password, database type and connect string are correct. The default password for the Report Designer is reporter. The password is xxxx'd out. Type reporter into the password to make sure it is correct.
