Problem(Abstract)
After installing the IBM® Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1 Interim Feature 1, the link for IBM® Intelligent Transportation does not display in the solution portal.
Symptom
When you enter the main solution portal interface, the Transportation entry link does not display as expected. No errors are reported during the installation of the IBM® Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1.1 to indicate that the installation failed.
Cause
This issue occurs if you install the IBM Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1 Interim Feature 1 (1.0.1.1) without the prerequisite IBM® Intelligent Operations Center environment installed. If the IBM Intelligent Operations Center 1.0 Fix Pack 1 (1.0.0.1) is not installed, then this issue occurs.
During the installation of the IBM Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1 Interim Feature 1, the installer does not detect that the required IBM Intelligent Operations Center 1.0 Fix Pack 1 (1.0.0.1) is not installed.

Resolving the problem
This is a known problem that is currently under investigation.
To resolve the problem, uninstall IBM® Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1 Interim Feature 1 (1.0.1.1), apply the IBM Intelligent Operations Center 1.0 Fix Pack 1 (1.0.0.1) release and re-install IBM® Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1 Interim Feature 1 (1.0.1.1).
When installing the IBM® Traffic Information Hub version 1.0.1 Interim Feature 1 (1.0.1.1), complete the prerequisite steps for preparing to install Interim Feature 1 at Preparing to install Interim Feature 1 in the IBM Intelligent Transportation: Traffic Information Hub Information Center.
