Problem
When opening an encrypted message in Connections Mail, the email is marked as read on the Domino server even if the contents of the email was not read. Connections Mail cannot determine if the message was read or unread in a previous state, so encrypted message are marked as read.

Resolving the problem
There is currently no work around. This issue has been reported to IBM Connections Mail development.
