Technote (troubleshooting)
Problem
If you click X or press Esc to exit the 'Move to Folder' window before the operation completes, Javascript errors are displayed. Afterwards, buttons in your Connections Mail inbox do not work even if you close and reopen the inbox.
Resolving the problem
Use the browser Reload button to reload the page.
