Problem(Abstract)
Collaboration and Deployment Services Configuration fails with this error:
The input user does not have the following required permission: create schema
Engine.log:
Prerequisite Check: Database Permission Check: FAIL: The input user
does not have the following required permission:create schema
Cause
DB2 user does not have required permission.

Resolving the problem
Permission to "Create Schema" is a requirement for the DB2 profile being used for the C&DS repository.
