Problem(Abstract)
Instead of opening the help topic, the Mini Dashboard link on the Reports page results in this error: "TypeError: this.applicationContext is null".
Resolving the problem
This issue is resolved in Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager Fix Pack 1 (1.0.0.1) for 1.0. Install it to get the fix.
