Problem(Abstract)
Scrollbars are absent or unreliable for navigating the diagrams in Views and Impact Analysis in IBM Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager.
Symptom
When the diagram extends outside the viewing area, scrollbars are either unavailable or do not work.
Resolving the problem
Use grab-and-drag, the minimap outline, or click Reset Zoom to navigate around the diagram. To drag, hold down the left mouse button on the drawing area to grab, and then move the mouse to drag the area around.
