Problem
If you do not have the IBM Lotus Domino 9.0 mail template, the first few lines of the email body do not display on hover in the IBM Connections Mail inbox.
Resolving the problem
The IBM Lotus Domino 9.0 mail template is required to resolve this problem. When IBM Lotus Domino 9.0 is available and the server upgraded, follow these steps:
1. Download the mail9.ntf and save it in the IBM Lotus Domino server's data directory.
2. Update the design of user mail files to use the new template. The easiest way to do this is to type this command at the server console:
load convert mail\juser.nsf * mail9.ntf
To convert all the mail files in the mail directory, use this command:
load convert mail\*.nsf * mail9.ntf"
3. After updating the design, close your browser and restart it. You should then see the first few lines of an email when you hover over it in the IBM Connection Mail inbox.
