Announcement: Availability of the IBM Business Monitor Support Site



The IBM Business Monitor support site is now available to help you find the support content and resources you need faster, and easier.


Starting with version 7.5, the WebSphere Business Monitor product was renamed to IBM Business Monitor. Until now, support content for all versions of the product has been located on the WebSphere Business Monitor support site.

Starting September 26, 2012:

  • Support content for IBM Business Monitor (product versions 7.5 and onward) is located on the IBM Business Monitor support site.
  • Support content for WebSphere Business Monitor (product versions prior to 7.5) is located on the WebSphere Business Monitor support site.

Special note for IBM Business Monitor users:

  • To ensure the continued delivery of important news and updates via the My Notifications service and the IBM Support Portal, be sure to add "IBM Business Monitor" to your list of subscribed products in My Notifications, and to your list of products in the IBM Support Portal.
