Upgrading from SRM 188.8.131.52 to SCCD 7.5
There is an updatedb error that will be encountered if upgrading from the July 2012 version of SRM 184.108.40.206 to SCCD 7.5. Below are the options for avoiding this. If you have the August 2012 Refresh version of SRM 220.127.116.11, this is not an issue.
First be aware that their is nothing functionally wrong with SRM 18.104.22.168. It is just an upgrade issue from the initially released version for SRM 22.214.171.124 to SCCD 7.5. Therefore these steps are only necessary if you are planning to upgrade. This upgrade issue has been corrected in the SRM 126.96.36.199 Refresh version that is currently available.
Options for avoiding the updatedb install issue if you already have the SRM 188.8.131.52 July version installed:
Option 1) SRM 184.108.40.206 to SCCD 7.5 without updatedb to SCCD 220.127.116.11
With this option, you must install SCCD 7.5 and defer the updatedb (database update) install step. After installing SCCD 7.5.01, then do updatedb.
Option 2) SRM 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124-TIV-SRM-LA0009 to SCCD 7.5
Apply interim fix 126.96.36.199-TIV-SRM-LA0009 onto SRM 188.8.131.52 prior to installing SCCD 7.5.
Option 3) SRM 184.108.40.206 to SRM 220.127.116.11 to SCCD 7.5
Option 4) SRM 18.104.22.168 to SCCD 22.214.171.124
