Upgrading from SRM 22.214.171.124 to SCCD 7.5
There is an updatedb error that will be encountered if upgrading from the July 2012 version of SRM 126.96.36.199 to SCCD 7.5. Below are the options for avoiding this. If you have the August 2012 Refresh version of SRM 188.8.131.52, this is not an issue.
First be aware that their is nothing functionally wrong with SRM 184.108.40.206. It is just an upgrade issue from the initially released version for SRM 220.127.116.11 to SCCD 7.5. Therefore these steps are only necessary if you are planning to upgrade. This upgrade issue has been corrected in the SRM 18.104.22.168 Refresh version that is currently available.
Options for avoiding the updatedb install issue if you already have the SRM 22.214.171.124 July version installed:
Option 1) SRM 126.96.36.199 to SCCD 7.5 without updatedb to SCCD 188.8.131.52
With this option, you must install SCCD 7.5 and defer the updatedb (database update) install step. After installing SCCD 7.5.01, then do updatedb.
Option 2) SRM 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11-TIV-SRM-LA0009 to SCCD 7.5
Apply interim fix 18.104.22.168-TIV-SRM-LA0009 onto SRM 22.214.171.124 prior to installing SCCD 7.5.
Option 3) SRM 126.96.36.199 to SRM 188.8.131.52 to SCCD 7.5
Option 4) SRM 184.108.40.206 to SCCD 220.127.116.11
