TCR shows no data for ITCAM reports
Selecting 'run the report now' produces an error and no data
All the required tables must be created and the correct schema name must be applied to the configuration.
Diagnosing the problem
All of the tables listed in the documentation are required for TCR operation. Agents that are not installed must also have the required tables created in the database, even if you don't plan to use other agents.
Resolving the problem

Application Management Console (raw data, hourly):
RRT_Robotic_Playback_Events (raw data only)
Verify all the database tables, views and indexes are created in the schema with the correct schema.
