An EJB mapping within process applications requires a custom mapping file during deployment in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Advanced

Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)

A custom mapping file is needed during deployment when using an EJB mapping within a process application.

Cause

During deployment of an SCA module that contains an EJB with EJB to Relational Databases mappings, the deployment defaults to using the custom mapping (.mapxmi) file. This scenario means that a mapping for a specific database vendor must already exist in the EJB project before publishing to the Process Center.

Resolving the problem

An EJB mapping within process applications requires a custom mapping file during deployment. Create a custom mapping file using IBM Integration Designer if your EJB module application requires one.
