Problem(Abstract)
When trying to install the WRT agent, message above poped up on windows
Symptom
Message "1628: script based installation could not...." received when starting setup.exe
Cause
Client changed the default name for m the install package, e.g. CZP1NEN to CZP1NEN ITCAM 7.0.2 WRT . The blanks within new given name cause the problem
Resolving the problem
Using the orign name or, if its changed, do NOT use blanks within new name
