Creating a Library Place fails when /temp directory does not have appropriate access in Quickr for WebSphere Portal
The browser might display error similar to "The library configured for this application has been deleted. Contact your administrator for assistance"
This is because /temp directory does not have proper access. You might also see error message in the log when appropriate tracings are enabled

Resolving the problem
Giving write access on /temp folder resolves the issue.
