Abstract
CICS Performance Analyzer for z/OS (CICS PA) V2.1 will be withdrawn from support 30 September 2013. This document contains a link to the End of Service (EOS) announcement letter and product replacement information.

The Software service discontinuance announcement letter (EOS letter) indicating that CICS PA V2.1 will be withdrawn from support 30 September 2013 is 912-144. The following product replacement information is included in this announcement:
5697-N40, IBM CICS Performance Analyzer for z/OS , V2.1 is replaced by 5655-U87, IBM CICS Performance Analyzer for z/OS , V3.2, announced in Software Announcement 210-331, dated October 05, 2010.
See the Announcement letters for CICS products if you are interested in upgrading to the latest release of CICS PA, like V5.1 with a general availability (GA) date of 14 December 2012, or any other CICS products.
IBM can offer a fee based service extension for CICS PA V2.1 if you need more time to upgrade. A service extension entitles you to continue to receive the level of support that you receive today using the same channels into IBM, including raising PMRs and APARs. If you would like to find out more about CICS service extensions, contact your local IBM Sales Representative:
