Problem(Abstract)
You are MQPUT- ing messages from a Windows Server to Websphere MQ for z/VSE V3.0.
You receive the following message every three seconds on the z/VSE console,
MQI0200I - MQI800099E CICS abnormal end condition.
Symptom
MQPUTIL PRINT LOG shows the following abend:

CICS abnormal end condition
