Symptom

Administrator is unable to connect Traveler HA to the back end database.

Cause

LotusTraveler.nsf is incorrect.

Resolving the problem

Shut down the Domino server.

Delete the LotusTraveler.nsf

Start the Domino server and allow it to recreate the database. Be sure that the Lotus Traveler task starts.

Stop the Domino server

Run the command again.

This should resolve the problem.
