Problem(Abstract)
In Event Studio, when you create an email to send to an individual, group or dynamic recipient, the following editing toolbar buttons are not available when using Firefox 14.01 or Firefox 10.06:
- Insert Table
- Alignment
- Text Formating
- Bullets and numbering
- Indentation

Resolving the problem
The toolbar buttons are available when using Internet Explorer.
