ALA policies didn't load when TSAAM started

Technote (FAQ)

Question

No policies were loaded when the Agentless Adapter (ALA) was started.

Answer

TSA AM usually loads the ALA policies during Domain join. However this is only possible, if the credentials are defined/stored.

Please note there are two locations (two separate config GUIs) for providing "User Credentials", though only one applies to the automatic loading of policies.

To automatically load the ALA policy (after the ALA is restarted and reconnected to WAS) the correct credentials must be specified at "Credentials for accessing first-level automation (FLA) domains".
