User encounters the above error when opening Business Insight Workspace.
Opening a dashboard with a specific user account results in the reports not displaying but the error "RSV-CM-0006 The user does not have execute permission on this report" is displayed instead. Giving the user execute permission on the report still does not allow the report to display in Business Insight and the same error seen seen.
Business Insight is designed such that the permissions applied to the objects are imported into the Workspace at the time the objects are imported. Changing the original permissions on the underlying object will not change the permissions on the object within the workspace.
Resolving the problem
The author will need to do one of the following:
1. Open the Workspace, delete and add the object to the workspace.
2. Open the Dashboard & select Widget Actions > Reset
This will bring the new permissions into the workspace.
