No CPC data in workspace

Problem(Abstract)

After applying Interim Fix Pack 4.2.0-TIV-KVL-IF0004, there is no CPC data in the CPC workspace.

Cause

This fix pack created a new workspace and new attributes to populate that workspace. Application Support for the new attributes had not been installed successfully on the TEPS, the TEMS, and the Browser Client.

Diagnosing the problem

The KVLCAT and KVLATR files were not updated.

Resolving the problem

Install Application Support on the following three resources: the TEPS, the HUB TEMS, and the Browser Client.
