Symptom
TWS 8.6 zOS connector FP1 Graphical Installation failure on SLES 11 with error message :

Cause
TWS zOS 8.6 connector FP1 required that 32 bit libraries & 64 bit are installed on the machine.

for the list of name libraries that are needed.
On SLES11
there is no compat-32bit libraries.

Diagnosing the problem
Message:

appears at install time
or running
In the folder /tmp/istempXXXX/_bundledJRE_/jre/bin running
executable file named ikeyman in the following manner
./ikeyman >/tmp/stdout.txt 2>/tmp/stderr.txt
error message like:
/tmp/istemp37548195063547/_bundledJRE_/bin/libfontmanager.so: libstdc++-
libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
can appears.
Resolving the problem
Customer can copy the SLES10 compat-32bit libraries into SLES11 machine.
Problem will be addressed into TWA 8.6 zOS Connector FP2.
