Question
How can you migrate multiple baselines of a component to a different stream in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)?
Cause
Created stream A by setting the flow target to the source stream B, and added some components existing in Stream B to the newly created stream A. Once the components are added, observed that only the current baseline is migrated.
This behavior is working as designed. When migrating components between different streams, or between stream and repository workspaces, only the current baseline will get migrated.
Answer
You can manually bring over the rest of the baselines by clicking on the target component, choose the replace with option, then pick the baseline from the source component and accept the incoming changes.
