Problem(Abstract)

TEMS RAS1 logs have numerous error messages and return codes about history data retrieval.

Symptom

RUL11LID - Dist. Req. <Host:TEMS> identify with Open Error
Cannot get SQL object attribute, status = 67111864
Deferred SQL1_Open failed with status = 3000
Cannot take sample, status = 67111864
Cannot perform rule tree process. status = 67111864
Bad status from <Attribute>, 67111864


Cause

RUL11LID is associated with communication TimeOut between a Remote and Hub TEMS. The Open Error 3000 may mean the historical collection is not enabled.
i.e. No rule exists to collect history.
The 67111864 return code may indicate that historical collection is not be enabled for these attributes. There was no data returned.

Diagnosing the problem

The error message and return codes are located in the TEMS RKLVLOG. Review the historical collection setup. Information about setting up the history collection can be found in the Product Documentation.

Resolving the problem

You will need to verify your historical collection setup.
These messages may be benign if you do not have history collection enabled.
