Abstract
After upgrading AIX 5.3 to TL12 SP6, no trunks is available for WebSphere Voice Response 4.2 systems.

The problem has impact for trunks configured from either DTNA, DTTA or DTXA adapters. This problem is caused by AIX defect IV25948 on 32 bit kernel.
AIX 5.3 is now End of Support. For WVR customers with AIX 5.3 Support Extension, please contact AIX support team to obtain the APAR fix.
WVR 4.2 is supported on AIX 5.3 TL12 SP5 and AIX 6.1. Please check this FAQ document for more details.
