Abstract
Effective July 1, 2012 the Infosphere MDM Server for PIM 9.0.0 release will be merged with version 9.1.0. Future fixpack naming for all 9.x releases will reflect this integration beginning with 9.1.0 FP009.

Effective July 1, 2012 the Infosphere MDM Server for PIM 9.0.0 release will be merged with version 9.1.0. Future fixpack naming for all 9.x releases will reflect this integration beginning with 9.1.0 FP009.
This integration will force a change in the numbering sequence for 9.1.0 fixpacks, which will skip from the latest available 9.1.0 FP003 to 9.1.0 FP009. The previously communicated 9.1.0 FP004 will be just RENUMBERED to 9.1.0 FP009. All APARs which had been communicated in plan for 9.1.0 FP004 will be available within the same time frame as originally targeted as 9.1.0 FP009.
This consolidation is not anticipated to require an added effort beyond any fixpack upgrade for customers, because the delivered content across the two releases has been internally managed in sync since the eGA of 9.1. This should improve future fixpack availability due to the additional cycle redundancies that had been required for delivery of essentially duplicate fixpacks.
